\u00c0 l'\u00e9chelle mondiale, les\u00a0syst\u00e8mes\u00a0de sant\u00e9 placent le patient\u00a0de plus en plus\u00a0au centre des trajets de soins.\u00a0A juste titre, car au plus les patients sont impliqu\u00e9s dans leur\u00a0traitement, au\u00a0meilleur\u00a0seront\u00a0les r\u00e9sultats\u00a0desdits traitements.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cependant,\u00a0impl\u00e9menter une\u00a0approche ax\u00e9e sur le patient n'est pas une\u00a0mince affaire : des cadres financiers complexes entre mutuelles\/assureurs, \u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9 et patients; des syst\u00e8mes informatiques qui ne communiquent pas (efficacement) entres-eux\u00a0entra\u00eenant ainsi une charge de travail accrue pour les professionnels de la sant\u00e9\u00a0qui souhaitent utiliser de\u00a0nouveaux outils. C'est pourquoi l'incubateur bruxellois E-Health Venture et le conglom\u00e9rat informatique Cronos lancent \u00ab PATIENT-UP \u00bb, un programme de soutien aux\u00a0start-ups\u00a0qui\u00a0d\u00e9veloppent (ou souhaitent d\u00e9velopper)\u00a0des applications num\u00e9riques orient\u00e9es patient.<\/p>\n

E-Health Venture travaille avec des appels \u00e0 projets, des programmes autour d'une th\u00e9matique pr\u00e9cise pour accompagner les startups, comme l'innovation en oncologie<\/a> ou les sciences du mouvement. E-Health Venture est bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Anderlecht (Bruxelles) et dispose ainsi d'un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de partenaires tant en Belgique n\u00e9erlandophone que francophone. Un must pour les entreprises en d\u00e9marrage qui veulent se concentrer sur les deux parties du pays.
