ADJUVANT sera une \u00e9tude clinique du programme de th\u00e9rapie num\u00e9rique dans l'application Nori Health. L'\u00e9tude est men\u00e9e en collaboration avec trois h\u00f4pitaux.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nori Health a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une application de th\u00e9rapie num\u00e9rique bas\u00e9e sur plusieurs m\u00e9thodes \u00e9prouv\u00e9es telles que la th\u00e9rapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC). En termes de contenu, l'application est bas\u00e9e sur des connaissances scientifiques qui montrent un changement positif chez les patients atteints de la maladie de Crohn ou de la colite ulc\u00e9reuse en ce qui concerne le mode de vie, le bien-\u00eatre et la r\u00e9silience mentale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nori Health a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 2019 par une \u00e9quipe dirig\u00e9e par Roeland Pater, lui-m\u00eame malade de Crohn et actif dans les soins num\u00e9riques depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, et avec le soutien du programme europ\u00e9en Horizon 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recherche se concentre sp\u00e9cifiquement sur les personnes vivant avec la maladie de Crohn ou la colite ulc\u00e9reuse, deux troubles intestinaux chroniques. Les patients peuvent acc\u00e9der \u00e0 un programme de six semaines dans l'application Nori Health. Au cours de ces six semaines, ils ont des sessions interactives avec le coach num\u00e9rique Nori, par exemple via des conversations de chat.
