Elle permet aux patients belges de g\u00e9rer leurs ordonnances num\u00e9riques et de retirer leurs m\u00e9dicaments \u00e0 la pharmacie. Les prescriptions de m\u00e9dicaments sont disponibles \u00e0 tout moment pour les personnes ayant une autorisation de soins. Le Riziv offre ainsi aux malades un contr\u00f4le plus large de leurs donn\u00e9es de sant\u00e9 personnelles.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les patients peuvent utiliser l'application \u00ab Mes m\u00e9dicaments \u00bb pour r\u00e9server leurs traitements dans la pharmacie de leur choix. Les brochures d'information destin\u00e9es aux malades sont ajout\u00e9es num\u00e9riquement. Ils peuvent \u00e9galement retirer leurs ordonnances en pr\u00e9sentant un code-barres. Le pharmacien v\u00e9rifie la prescription \u00e9lectronique en scannant ce dernier qui fait office de preuve de prescription \u00e9lectronique. Une fois les m\u00e9dicaments distribu\u00e9s, le pharmacien archive la prescription \u00e9lectronique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trois-fonctions-phares-proposees-par-mes-medicaments\">Trois fonctions phares propos\u00e9es par \u00ab Mes m\u00e9dicaments \u00bb<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L'application \u00ab Mes m\u00e9dicaments \u00bb comprend trois fonctions pour pr\u00e9parer une visite \u00e0 la pharmacie. Les patients qui ont de nombreuses ordonnances et ne veulent pas tout r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer en m\u00eame temps peuvent cr\u00e9er des listes claires pour chacune de leurs visites. En outre, il est possible de r\u00e9server des m\u00e9dicaments dans la pharmacie de son choix. Enfin, l'application offre plus de confidentialit\u00e9 aux malades en leur permettant de choisir qui voit quelles ordonnances. Par d\u00e9faut, les pharmaciens ont acc\u00e8s, sur la base de la lecture de l'eID, aux ordonnances en attente. L'application permet d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 un pharmacien de visualiser chaque prescription individuelle lorsque le patient utilise l'eID pour retirer ses m\u00e9dicaments. Les ordonnances cach\u00e9es peuvent toujours \u00eatre r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 la pharmacie gr\u00e2ce au code-barres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-alternative-numerique\">Alternative num\u00e9rique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le Riziv, il s'agit d'une nouvelle fa\u00e7on de retirer ses traitements \u00e0 la pharmacie. Elle s\u2019ajoute \u00e0 l'ordonnance papier, la preuve de prescription \u00e9lectronique, le num\u00e9ro de registre national ou encore \u00e0 l'utilisation de l'eID (carte d'identit\u00e9 \u00e9lectronique belge).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prescription \u00e9lectronique de m\u00e9dicaments est obligatoire en Belgique depuis le 1er janvier 2020, sauf exceptions. Les m\u00e9decins ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la prescription \u00e9lectronique via l'EMD (Electronic Medical Record), l'EPD (Electronic Patient Record) et l'application PARIS (Prescription &amp; Authorisation Requesting Information System).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis septembre dernier, un prescripteur belge peut, \u00e0 la demande du patient, remplacer la preuve papier de la<a href=\"https:\/\/smarthealth.live\/fr\/2021\/08\/30\/deploiement-de-la-prescription-numerique-en-belgique\/\"> prescription \u00e9lectronique<\/a> par une preuve num\u00e9rique. Par exemple via une application, li\u00e9e au logiciel de prescription. \u00ab Mes m\u00e9dicaments \u00bb, n\u2019est pas la seule application \u00e0 offrir cette possibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-avis-d-utilisateurs-mitiges\">Avis d\u2019utilisateurs mitig\u00e9s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Mes m\u00e9dicaments \u00bb est accessible via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mijngezondheid.belgie.be\/#\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mijngezondheid.be<\/a>. Ce portail de sant\u00e9 en ligne permet d'acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des donn\u00e9es personnelles et \u00e0 des informations g\u00e9n\u00e9rales sur la sant\u00e9. Il vous suffit de cliquer sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.riziv.fgov.be\/nl\/themas\/kost-terugbetaling\/door-ziekenfonds\/geneesmiddel-gezondheidsproduct\/Paginas\/mijn-geneesmiddelen-beheer-voorschriften-mobiele-app.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00ab Mon calendrier de m\u00e9dication \u00bb<\/a> sous la rubrique \u00ab Mes m\u00e9dicaments \u00bb. L'application est \u00e9galement disponible en t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement sur l'App Store et le Google Play Store. Les langues disponibles sont le fran\u00e7ais, le n\u00e9erlandais, l'allemand et l'anglais. Les patients se connectent via le syst\u00e8me s\u00e9curis\u00e9 Itsme pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer leurs ordonnances et les ajouter \u00e0 l'application. Le d\u00e9veloppeur (Riziv) ne collecte aucune donn\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de l'application. Les premi\u00e8res critiques ne sont pas encore positives, comme en t\u00e9moignent les nombreux avis des utilisateurs sur l'App Store et le Google Play Store.
