Depuis que les applications de sant\u00e9 sur ordonnance ont \u00e9t\u00e9 introduites en Allemagne, elles n'ont pas encore conquis une part substantielle de l'offre, selon le rapport de<\/strong> <\/strong><\/a>recherche Diga.<\/a> La plus grande caisse d'assurance maladie d'Allemagne, la Techniker Krankenkasse, exige d\u00e9sormais une tarification fond\u00e9e sur des donn\u00e9es probantes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon les informations fournies par les investisseurs et les fabricants, les applications rembours\u00e9es restent prometteuses en Allemagne. Cependant, les m\u00e9decins n\u2019exploitent pas encore leur usage. Seuls 4% des prescripteurs potentiels prescrivent des applis de sant\u00e9 depuis octobre 2020. Les applications orthop\u00e9diques obtiennent un score l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sup\u00e9rieur, avec 5,6 % par m\u00e9decin. Parmi les m\u00e9decins g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes, un peu plus de 1 % seulement les recommandent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

84 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es qui disposaient d'une application ont indiqu\u00e9 qu'elles l'utilisaient au moins une fois par semaine, et plus d'un tiers quotidiennement. Seulement 10% les utilisent rarement contre 6% pas du tout. N\u00e9anmoins, les exp\u00e9riences de la premi\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d'utilisateurs dressent un \u00ab tableau g\u00e9n\u00e9ral largement positif \u00bb. Parmi les utilisateurs, ce sont les applications relatives \u00e0 la souffrance psychologique qui ont obtenu les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats, suivies de celles sur le syst\u00e8me musculo-squelettique. La caisse d'assurance maladie pr\u00e9conise des changements dans le cadre r\u00e9glementaire. Elle sugg\u00e8re un syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9compense davantage fond\u00e9 sur des preuves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019Allemagne, chef de file<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

L'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, nous vous informions que l\u2019Allemagne \u00e9tait en t\u00eate des pays europ\u00e9ens en mati\u00e8re de remboursement des th\u00e9rapies num\u00e9riques<\/a>. Depuis l'introduction de la loi sur les prestations num\u00e9riques (LPD) fin 2019, les applications de sant\u00e9 approuv\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre prescrites par les m\u00e9decins et les psychoth\u00e9rapeutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019Institut f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des m\u00e9dicaments et des dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux (BfArM) a d\u00e8s lors accept\u00e9 plus de 20 applications de sant\u00e9. Elles peuvent \u00eatre prescrites directement par les m\u00e9decins et sont r\u00e9pertori\u00e9es dans un registre sp\u00e9cifique. Il s'agit, par exemple, d'applications destin\u00e9es aux patients souffrant de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale. Les fabricants europ\u00e9ens consid\u00e8rent l'approche allemande des applications num\u00e9riques de sant\u00e9 (DIGA) comme un mod\u00e8le possible pour des initiatives dans leurs propres pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Analyse de la plus valu des applications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Une premi\u00e8re analyse de la mise en place de la proc\u00e9dure allemande est d\u00e9j\u00e0 disponible. Regina Vetters et Felix Schaffelholder du cabinet de conseil EY ont publi\u00e9 un rapport qui regroupe les enseignements tir\u00e9s de ce nouveau dispositif allemand. Comme aux Pays Bas, de nombreux voyants de la croissance rapide du march\u00e9 allemand des applications \u00e9taient verts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diverses \u00e9tudes d\u00e9montrent que les consommateurs aimeraient se lancer dans les applications num\u00e9riques de sant\u00e9. Cela vaut \u00e9galement pour les m\u00e9decins. Selon une \u00e9tude cit\u00e9e par les chercheurs de l'EY, les m\u00e9decins allemands consid\u00e8rent les applications de prescription comme un compl\u00e9ment utile \u00e0 l'offre m\u00e9dicale standard. Ils reconnaissent m\u00eame parfois que dans certains cas, elles peuvent remplacer les th\u00e9rapies conventionnelles.
