En collaboration avec l'entreprise, la start-up belge a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une solution num\u00e9rique pour aider les m\u00e9decins g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes \u00e0 identifier les patients susceptibles d'\u00eatre infect\u00e9s par la COVID-19.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bingli, une entreprise belge de soins de sant\u00e9 num\u00e9riques ax\u00e9e sur l'am\u00e9lioration de la prise de d\u00e9cision clinique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des questionnaires intelligents, a annonc\u00e9 un nouveau partenariat ; elle s\u2019est associ\u00e9e avec MSD Belgique en d\u00e9but de semaine derni\u00e8re. Bingli a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisie comme partenaire pour soutenir les efforts de MSD Belgium. Ensemble, ils visent \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une nouvelle exp\u00e9rience, bas\u00e9e sur le support d'outils num\u00e9riques, pour le patient et pour le prestataire de soins. Aussi, ils souhaitent raccourcir le temps entre l'apparition des sympt\u00f4mes et le bon traitement.<\/p>\n<p>Cette collaboration a permis de concevoir et de lancer <a href=\"https:\/\/smarthealth.live\/fr\/2021\/09\/14\/le-chatbot-belge-bingli-veut-optimiser-les-consultations-medicales\/\">un outil convivial<\/a> pour la d\u00e9tection rapide des patients susceptibles de d\u00e9velopper une forme grave de COVID-19. L'outil permet \u00e9galement d'identifier les personnes pr\u00e9sentant une probable infection avant un rendez-vous m\u00e9dical. Cette identification rapide peut aider le m\u00e9decin \u00e0 commencer un traitement en temps utile si le patient est \u00e9ligible \u00e0 un m\u00e9dicament antiviral.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00ab \u00c9largir la vue \u00bb<\/h3>\n<p>L'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, nous nous sommes entretenus avec <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bingli.health\/?lang=nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">le cofondateur de Bingli,<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/smarthealth.live\/fr\/2021\/10\/15\/les-soins-numeriques-sont-inevitables\/\">Tom Van De Putte<\/a>. Il a plac\u00e9 l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 d\u2019une consultation au c\u0153ur des solutions que propose son entreprise. Avant m\u00eame la cr\u00e9ation de Bingli, Tom Van De Putte travaillait dans une agence de communication o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait souvent en contact avec des m\u00e9decins et des patients.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9changes qu\u2019il a eus avec les prestataires de soins ont toujours r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une grande frustration des m\u00e9decins et des patients quant au d\u00e9roulement d'une consultation m\u00e9dicale. \u00ab <em>Bien souvent, les praticiens, tout comme les patients, sont frustr\u00e9s du d\u00e9roul\u00e9 de leurs \u00e9changes. Les m\u00e9decins doivent optimiser leur temps. Ils interrompent fr\u00e9quemment trop rapidement. Les malades, quant \u00e0 eux, ne peuvent pas non plus raconter tous les d\u00e9tails de leur histoire\u2026 C\u2019est l\u00e0 o\u00f9 Bingli peut faire la diff\u00e9rence. Notre plateforme permet aux personnes d\u2019arriver mieux pr\u00e9par\u00e9es et les m\u00e9decins ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des informations pr\u00e9cieuses avant m\u00eame d\u2019avoir vu leurs patients. Ainsi, Bingli a entrepris de rendre l'anamn\u00e8se plus fluide, plus efficace et plus rapide au moyen d'un chatbot. <\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Si un cabinet m\u00e9dical utilise Bingli, le patient se voit poser dix questions dont le m\u00e9decin re\u00e7oit ensuite un r\u00e9sum\u00e9. \u00ab <em>Notre outil propose toujours dix diagnostics que nous classons selon leur probabilit\u00e9, mais c'est aux m\u00e9decins de poser le verdict final. Nous faisons de l'aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision, mais nous n'allons pas remplacer l\u2019analyse humaine.
