{"id":55183,"date":"2022-03-07T07:02:38","date_gmt":"2022-03-07T06:02:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/smarthealth.live\/?p=55183"},"modified":"2022-03-07T07:39:52","modified_gmt":"2022-03-07T06:39:52","slug":"igj-positive-affirme-que-la-telesurveillance-peut-ameliorer-les-soins","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/smarthealth.live\/fr\/2022\/03\/07\/igj-positive-affirme-que-la-telesurveillance-peut-ameliorer-les-soins\/","title":{"rendered":"IGJ positive affirme que la t\u00e9l\u00e9surveillance peut am\u00e9liorer les soins."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/smarthealth.live\/fr\/category\/telesante\/\"><strong>Les soins \u00e0 distance<\/strong><\/a><strong> dispens\u00e9s par les h\u00f4pitaux semblent bien fonctionner en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, d\u00e9clare l'organisme gouvernemental n\u00e9erlandais Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd (IGJ) dans un<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.igj.nl\/publicaties\/publicaties\/2022\/02\/28\/factsheet-telemonitoring-bij-volwassenen-thuis\"><strong> rapport<\/strong><\/a><strong> apr\u00e8s avoir visit\u00e9 dix h\u00f4pitaux. Pourtant, certaines choses pourraient \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9es, comme une analyse des risques appropri\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La t\u00e9l\u00e9surveillance ou la surveillance \u00e0 domicile a fortement augment\u00e9 dans le monde entier en raison de la pand\u00e9mie. En cas de maladie, il est devenu indispensable de pouvoir communiquer avec un prestataire de soins par un<a href=\"https:\/\/smarthealth.live\/fr\/2022\/02\/24\/moovd-veut-eviter-les-longs-delais-dattente-dans-les-soins-de-sante-grace-aux-therapies-numeriques\/\"> appel<\/a> (en ligne). Cette pratique a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 rapidement adopt\u00e9e. Une fiche d'information publi\u00e9e par l'IGJ indique que deux ans apr\u00e8s l\u2018apparition de la COVID-19, les soins \u00e0 distance ont bien \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablis dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9erlandaise. De plus en plus de patients utilisent une application et\/ou des appareils de mesure \u00e0 domicile pour envoyer des informations sur leur sant\u00e9 aux prestataires de soins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les h\u00f4pitaux ont rapidement d\u00e9couvert les avantages des soins \u00e0 distance. Et cela \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 le cas avant les diverses quarantaines et restrictions mondiales. Certains patients b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u00e9j\u00e0 de ce suivi \u00e0 distance. Selon l'IGJ, la t\u00e9l\u00e9surveillance a \u00e9t\u00e9 qualifi\u00e9e de s\u00fbre et est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement per\u00e7ue positivement par les patients. Bien qu'ils appr\u00e9cient le contact direct, ils consid\u00e8rent ce suivi \u00e0 distance comme une bonne alternative \u00e0 la consultation. Selon le minist\u00e8re, il est \u00e9galement apparu que cette organisation permet non seulement de gagner beaucoup de temps, mais que les patients se sentent \u00e9galement en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans leur environnement domestique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-telesurveillance-doit-s-ameliorer\">La t\u00e9l\u00e9surveillance doit s'am\u00e9liorer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L'IGJ est globalement tr\u00e8s positive sur les soins \u00e0 distance. Cependant, il reste encore un certain nombre de points \u00e0 travailler. Les h\u00f4pitaux n'ont pas toujours une vision claire de tous les risques. Par exemple, l'Inspection souligne que la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 peut \u00eatre un probl\u00e8me. Lorsque les patients se connectent \u00e0 des applications ou \u00e0 des sites web pour la t\u00e9l\u00e9surveillance, une authentification \u00e0 deux facteurs est requise, mais ce n'est pas toujours le cas. L'attention port\u00e9e \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'information au sens large reste n\u00e9cessaire. Tous les h\u00f4pitaux ne sont pas conformes \u00e0 la norme l\u00e9gale (NEN7510).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certains d\u2019entre eux souhaitent int\u00e9grer les soins \u00e0 distance dans leur offre globale et s'efforcent de les rendre p\u00e9rennes. Selon l'Inspection, il serait b\u00e9n\u00e9fique que l'organisation de la t\u00e9l\u00e9surveillance soit confi\u00e9e \u00e0 un d\u00e9partement en tant que service central. En outre, les soins \u00e0 distance se d\u00e9roulent trop souvent entre les murs virtuels de l'h\u00f4pital. Le m\u00e9decin g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste est souvent inform\u00e9, mais il n'est pas question d'une coop\u00e9ration \u00e9tendue. En fonction de la situation r\u00e9gionale et du type de surveillance, les prestataires de soins peuvent choisir d'autres formes.
