Elles sont d\u00e9sormais bien r\u00e9elles, y compris dans le domaine des soins de sant\u00e9. Consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme un nouveau dispositif, elles sont actuellement utilis\u00e9es pour permettre aux m\u00e9decins, aux infirmi\u00e8res et aux autres professionnels de la sant\u00e9 de suivre en direct leurs coll\u00e8gues \u00e0 distance. \u00c0 l'h\u00f4pital Albert Schweiter (ASZ), le chirurgien Robert Smeenk a \u00e9t\u00e9 le premier \u00e0 tester leur usage au cours d\u2019une op\u00e9ration.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l'h\u00f4pital Albert Schweiter, le chirurgien Robert Smeenk a r\u00e9cemment effectu\u00e9 les premiers tests avec des lunettes intelligentes. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 elles, d'autres professionnels de la sant\u00e9 ont pu observer \u00e0 distance. Cela se fait via une liaison vid\u00e9o s\u00e9curis\u00e9e avec une tablette, un ordinateur portable ou un smartphone. Au cours d\u2019une op\u00e9ration, le m\u00e9decin, l\u2019infirmi\u00e8re ou tout autre professionnel de la sant\u00e9 portant des lunettes intelligentes, partage exactement ce qu\u2019il voit avec ses coll\u00e8gues. En outre, les images d'une tour de scopie peuvent \u00eatre transmises. Ce qui ouvre de nombreuses nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s. Par exemple, les chirurgiens peuvent facilement observer une salle d'op\u00e9ration \u00e0 distance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur la base de ses exp\u00e9riences, le chirurgien Robert Smeenk souhaite d\u00e9sormais utiliser les lunettes intelligentes \u00e0 plus grande \u00e9chelle dans l'h\u00f4pital. Ainsi, l'ASZ dispose d\u00e9sormais de deux paires pendant une ann\u00e9e enti\u00e8re. Elles seront d'abord utilis\u00e9es dans les salles d'op\u00e9ration et les unit\u00e9s de soins intensifs. Robert Smeenk et son coll\u00e8gue, le m\u00e9decin IC Stefaan Hendriks, sont les premiers utilisateurs. \u00ab <em>Il existe de nombreuses applications concevables. Par exemple, un coll\u00e8gue chirurgien peut surveiller la salle d'op\u00e9ration, ou je peux superviser un m\u00e9decin stagiaire<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-soins-intensifs\">Soins intensifs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La valeur ajout\u00e9e des lunettes intelligentes se manifeste \u00e9galement dans l'unit\u00e9 de soins intensifs. Par exemple, pour demander un deuxi\u00e8me avis pour les patients atteints de coronaropathie, indique l'ASZ. Ces patients sont actuellement toujours \u00e9valu\u00e9s par deux m\u00e9decins d'Erasmus MC. Gr\u00e2ce aux lunettes intelligentes, un second m\u00e9decin n'a qu'\u00e0 regarder l'\u00e9cran de son confr\u00e8re, au lieu de devoir \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent physiquement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab <em>Ils peuvent aussi regarder en faisant une visite. Un gain de temps pr\u00e9cieux pour tous. Surtout aux urgences ou dans un service COVID<\/em> \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Stefaan Hendriks. \u00ab <em>Lors d'un test au bloc, deux anesth\u00e9sistes et un neurochirurgien sont imm\u00e9diatement venus jeter un coup d'\u0153il. Et ils ont imm\u00e9diatement vu de nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s pour les lunettes<\/em> \u00bb, ajoute l'innovateur Marcel Wilschut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-reconnaissance-de-l-utilite-des-lunettes-intelligentes\">Reconnaissance de l'utilit\u00e9 des lunettes intelligentes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les lunettes intelligentes ont \u00e9galement fait leurs preuves en dehors de l'ASZ. Au moment de la pand\u00e9mie du coronavirus, elles ont notamment servi pour permettre aux professionnels de la sant\u00e9 de surveiller leurs coll\u00e8gues \u00e0 distance si le personnel disponible n'\u00e9tait pas suffisant. L'application actuellement test\u00e9e \u00e0 l'h\u00f4pital Albert Schweitzer a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'organisation belge de soins de sant\u00e9<a href=\"https:\/\/smarthealth.live\/fr\/2021\/12\/01\/wit-gele-kruis-veut-se-concentrer-davantage-sur-linnovation-il-est-temps-de-passer-a-la-vitesse-superieure\/\"> Wit-Gele Kruis<\/a> a \u00e9galement explor\u00e9 les possibilit\u00e9s de ces lunettes intelligentes. Selon Bart Degryse, responsable de l'innovation, ce dispositif constitue une \u00e9volution positive dans le domaine des soins de sant\u00e9.
