L'application MedGemak actualis\u00e9e sera lanc\u00e9e au printemps. Les patients, les pharmaciens et les m\u00e9decins g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes qui utilisent la version actuelle du portail pour patients MijnGezondheid devront r\u00e9installer l'application. Selon les d\u00e9veloppeurs, cette derni\u00e8re est plus accessible, plus facile \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 jour. Les am\u00e9liorations souhait\u00e9es pourront ainsi \u00eatre mises en \u0153uvre plus rapidement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pr\u00e8s de 600 000 patients utilisent l'application pour r\u00e9gler en ligne<\/a> leur consultation aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un m\u00e9decin g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste ou des prestations en pharmacie. Par exemple, pour prendre des rendez-vous en ligne, commander des m\u00e9dicaments \u00e0 renouveler ou envoyer des questions ou des commentaires au m\u00e9decin. Le chef de projet Joris Den Uijl d\u00e9clare que \u00ab l'\u00e9cran principal de MedGemak aura le m\u00eame style que celui de MijnGezondheid (MGn). Auparavant, un tel message allait directement \u00e0 la pharmacie si le patient ne faisait pas de choix<\/em>. \u00bb En outre, selon le chef de projet, il existe d\u00e9sormais une fonction qui permet aux patients de se fixer des rappels pour la prise de m\u00e9dicaments. \u00ab Cela n\u2019est possible que dans la nouvelle version.<\/em> \u00bb pr\u00e9cise M. Den Uijl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La suppression compl\u00e8te de l'ancienne application d\u00e9pendra de la rapidit\u00e9 avec laquelle tous les utilisateurs de MedGemak passeront \u00e0 la nouvelle application. MedGemak actualis\u00e9e est temporairement disponible dans l'App Store et le Google Play Store aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de l'ancienne application. D\u00e8s que les patients auront t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9 la nouvelle application et se seront enregistr\u00e9s, toutes les donn\u00e9es personnelles seront \u00e0 nouveau disponibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab Nous comprenons qu'il peut \u00eatre difficile pour les pharmacies et les m\u00e9decins g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes d'inciter les patients \u00e0 utiliser la nouvelle application. Par cons\u00e9quent, les clients recevront un message de notre lorsqu\u2019elle sera disponible. Ils y trouveront des conseils sur la mani\u00e8re dont les prestataires de soins peuvent emmener leurs patients avec eux. En outre, les malades recevront un pop-up dans MedGemak leur indiquant qu'une nouvelle application est disponible. Portail patient MGn<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

MedGemak compl\u00e8te le portail pour patients MijnGezondheid.net (MGn). Cette plateforme a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite et maintenue par le fournisseur de TIC PharmaPartners. L'entreprise est active sur le march\u00e9 des soins de sant\u00e9 et des TIC. Ils proposent \u00e9galement les syst\u00e8mes d'information Medicom et Pharmacom pour les m\u00e9decins g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes et les pharmaciens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si le m\u00e9decin g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste ou la pharmacie propose Mgn, les patients peuvent utiliser DigiD pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 leur dossier m\u00e9dical, consulter les r\u00e9sultats des examens, communiquer avec les professionnels de la sant\u00e9, commander des m\u00e9dicaments et prendre des rendez-vous sur cette plateforme. L'application suppl\u00e9mentaire MedGemak est disponible pour les pharmacies depuis juillet 2018. Et pour les cabinets de m\u00e9decine g\u00e9n\u00e9rale depuis d\u00e9cembre 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
