Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un rapport officiel sur l'utilisation des soins num\u00e9riques en 2021. \u00ab <em>Bien que la digitalisation en sant\u00e9 gagnait d\u00e9j\u00e0 du terrain ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la crise sanitaire lui a donn\u00e9 un coup de pouce suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/em> \u00bb L'impact r\u00e9el du coronavirus sur l'utilisation de l'e-sant\u00e9 fait l'objet d'une \u00e9tude plus approfondie. En effet, le RIVM publiera ces r\u00e9sultats dans le courant de l'ann\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 2019, la t\u00e9l\u00e9consultation semblait \u00e0 peine r\u00e9pandue chez les m\u00e9decins et les infirmi\u00e8res. L'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, la moiti\u00e9 d'entre eux utilisaient d\u00e9sormais ce moyen de communication avec leurs patients. Les professionnels de la sant\u00e9, ainsi que les malades, ont ainsi rapidement chang\u00e9 leurs habitudes. Ils sont devenus en quelques mois plus favorables \u00e0 l\u2019usage num\u00e9rique qu'ils ne l'\u00e9taient avant la crise sanitaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les organismes de soins sont eux aussi plus enclins \u00e0 proposer un portail pour les patients. Il s'agit d'un environnement num\u00e9rique (applications ou site Internet) de consultations de donn\u00e9es m\u00e9dicales. Les patients peuvent aussi y poser des questions et trouver des informations. En 2019, 42 % des m\u00e9decins g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes proposaient cette option. D'ici 2021, ils seront pr\u00e8s de huit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes sur dix, soit 79 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourtant, les patients ne sont pas toujours convaincus par la sant\u00e9 en ligne. En particulier dans le domaine de la t\u00e9l\u00e9surveillance. La moiti\u00e9 des g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes disposent d'outils num\u00e9riques pour surveiller la sant\u00e9 des patients \u00e0 domicile, mais la grande majorit\u00e9 ne les utilise pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-necessite-de-developper-l-e-sante\">N\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper l'e-sant\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'utilisation de l'e-sant\u00e9 est en augmentation, en partie \u00e0 cause de la pand\u00e9mie. Un chef de projet pour l'innovation en mati\u00e8re de soins dans un h\u00f4pital n\u00e9erlandais a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que \u00ab <em>Gr\u00e2ce au COVID-19, nous avons pu mettre en place plus rapidement un syst\u00e8me de surveillance \u00e0 domicile pour les patients atteints de la maladie de Parkinson, de maladies intestinales chroniques, de diab\u00e8te et d'insuffisance cardiaque. De cette mani\u00e8re, nous essayons \u00e9galement de maintenir les malades hors de l'h\u00f4pital.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les chercheurs \u00e9voquent la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/smarthealth.live\/fr\/2022\/01\/27\/investissements-records-sur-le-marche-de-la-sante-en-ligne\/\">de d\u00e9velopper les soins num\u00e9riques<\/a> en raison du vieillissement de la population, de la p\u00e9nurie croissante de personnel et de l'augmentation du nombre de patients atteints de maladies chroniques. Ils concluent que l\u2019e-sant\u00e9 est principalement consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme quelque chose \u00ab d'accessoire \u00bb plut\u00f4t que comme un outil de soins. L'une des raisons est que les travailleurs sociaux ainsi que les professionnels de soins ne savent pas toujours comment l\u2019exploiter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'E-healthmonitor 2021 formule diverses recommandations. Les professionnels et les utilisateurs des soins de sant\u00e9 doivent \u00eatre davantage sensibilis\u00e9s aux soins num\u00e9riques. En outre, les applications d\u2019e-sant\u00e9 devraient \u00eatre plus accessibles et plus conviviales. Enfin, un changement dans le financement pourrait favoriser le d\u00e9ploiement d'un plus grand nombre de services de sant\u00e9 en ligne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-qu-est-ce-que-l-e-moniteur-de-sante\">Qu'est-ce que l'E-moniteur de sant\u00e9 ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'E-healthmonitor est, depuis 2013, un rapport de recherche annuel qui examine l'\u00e9tat du paysage des soins de sant\u00e9 num\u00e9riques aux Pays-Bas. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, elle \u00e9value la disponibilit\u00e9 et l'usage de la sant\u00e9 en ligne. Le RIVM a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 cette recherche, en collaboration avec Nivel et le National eHealth Living Lab. La demande est faite par le minist\u00e8re de la sant\u00e9, du bien-\u00eatre et des sports.
