Ce traitement en ligne peut \u00eatre prescrit comme une application sur ordonnance par les m\u00e9decins allemands. En prime, il est rembours\u00e9 par le syst\u00e8me de soins de sant\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le programme de traitement sp\u00e9cifique a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 apr\u00e8s quatre ann\u00e9es de recherche scientifique aux universit\u00e9s de Fribourg, Marbourg, Lunebourg et Amsterdam. Deux \u00e9tudes cliniques de<a href=\"https:\/\/care.diabetesjournals.org\/content\/38\/5\/776\"> 2015<\/a> et<a href=\"https:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/abs\/10.1111\/dme.13173\"> 2016<\/a> soulignent son efficacit\u00e9. Selon HelloBetter, les recherches montrent que le programme \u00ab Diab\u00e8te et d\u00e9pression \u00bb est parvenu \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les sympt\u00f4mes d\u00e9pressifs et la charge \u00e9motionnelle associ\u00e9s au diab\u00e8te. De plus, les personnes suivies ont ressenti des effets positifs six mois apr\u00e8s avoir suivi la th\u00e9rapie en ligne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HelloBetter pr\u00e9cise sur son site Internet pour qui ce e-programme a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u. Il est destin\u00e9 aux diab\u00e9tiques de type 1 ou de type 2 d\u00e9prim\u00e9s ou tristes qui souhaitent accro\u00eetre leur bien-\u00eatre et leur joie de vivre. Ce sont aussi des patients dont les pens\u00e9es sont pr\u00e9occup\u00e9es par leur \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 et d'autres craintes. Sans oublier ceux qui ressentent un manque d'int\u00e9r\u00eat et de dynamisme et qui souhaitent s'attaquer \u00e0 ces sympt\u00f4mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comment-fonctionne-le-e-programme-d-hellobetter\">Comment fonctionne le e-programme d\u2019HelloBetter ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le programme en ligne dure 3 mois et n'est actuellement disponible qu'en allemand. Il est con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9duire les sympt\u00f4mes d\u00e9pressifs et la charge \u00e9motionnelle associ\u00e9s au diab\u00e8te. L'e-th\u00e9rapie se compose de six unit\u00e9s de cours en ligne et de deux modules suppl\u00e9mentaires. Tous les exercices utilisent les concepts de traitements cognitivo-comportementales \u00e9prouv\u00e9es. Les unit\u00e9s prennent environ une heure \u00e0 compl\u00e9ter. Un mois apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9 le e-programme, le patient re\u00e7oit un module de suivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce au programme \u00ab Diab\u00e8te et d\u00e9pression \u00bb, les patients apprennent \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>pr\u00e9venir les rechutes,<\/li><li>g\u00e9rer les inqui\u00e9tudes li\u00e9es au diab\u00e8te,<\/li><li>r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape,<\/li><li>planifier des activit\u00e9s plus positives<\/li><li>\u00e0 \u00eatre plus actifs dans leur vie quotidienne.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils peuvent aussi int\u00e9grer de nouvelles habitudes alimentaires et de sommeil. Le e-programme pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement des exercices de communication et de gestion du stress \u00e9motionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HelloBetter a con\u00e7u son e-programme sur divers supports : contenus vid\u00e9o, audio et articles. Des psychologues sont \u00e9galement disponibles pour suivre les progr\u00e8s. Tout se passe via une application mobile. Elle dispose d\u2019un journal en ligne et un suivi structurel des humeurs et des sympt\u00f4mes. Les patients peuvent donc suivre \u00e0 tout moment leur progression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-soutenir-un-groupe-sous-expos\">Soutenir un groupe sous-expos\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>David Ebert est le fondateur de HelloBetter. Il est \u00e9galement professeur en psychologie et en sant\u00e9 mentale num\u00e9rique \u00e0 l'Universit\u00e9 technique de Munich. Il affirme qu'un quart des patients diab\u00e9tiques pr\u00e9sentent des sympt\u00f4mes d\u00e9pressifs. \u00ab <em>Rien qu'en Allemagne, cela repr\u00e9sente environ deux millions de personnes. Bien qu'il existe des concepts de th\u00e9rapie psycho-diab\u00e9tique sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s et adapt\u00e9s diab\u00e9tiques d\u00e9pressifs, leur disponibilit\u00e9 reste tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9e.
