Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une application qui cherche \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les maladies cardiovasculaires en suivant diverses donn\u00e9es de sant\u00e9 telles que la tension art\u00e9rielle et le poids.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une nouvelle application de pr\u00e9vention des maladies cardiovasculaires vient de sortir. Elle est n\u00e9e de la collaboration entre l'entreprise de sant\u00e9 num\u00e9rique One Drop et le g\u00e9ant pharmaceutique Bayer. L'outil d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 permet aux utilisateurs de suivre leur pression art\u00e9rielle et leur poids \u00e0 l'aide d'appareils connect\u00e9s. Il s\u2019agit notamment, d'enregistrer leurs repas, de recevoir un coaching de la part d'infirmi\u00e8res dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es, d'apprendre des pr\u00e9dictions bas\u00e9es sur l'IA concernant leur glucose, et d'acc\u00e9der \u00e0 du contenu \u00e9ducatif. Depuis le d\u00e9but de la semaine, cette offre de pr\u00e9vention des maladies cardiovasculaires est disponible pour les clients de One Drop.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab <em>Le nouveau module de pr\u00e9vention des MCV est issu de la combinaison de nos expertises respectives pour combler le foss\u00e9 entre les soins de sant\u00e9 et la technologie<\/em> \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Jeanne Kehren, DSI et responsable de l'innovation num\u00e9rique et commerciale chez Bayer Pharmaceuticals, dans un communiqu\u00e9 officiel. \u00ab <em>Ce lancement est une \u00e9tape importante dans notre effort conjoint avec One Drop pour faire des soins int\u00e9gr\u00e9s une solution transformatrice pour les patients et un acteur cl\u00e9 des soins de sant\u00e9.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>Nouvelle orientation<\/h3>\n<p>Les maladies cardiaques restent l'une des principales causes de d\u00e9c\u00e8s chez les hommes et les femmes aux \u00c9tats-Unis, selon l'organisation gouvernementale am\u00e9ricaine Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Ainsi, les deux entreprises ont voulu rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cette situation. Ils ont donc d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une application ax\u00e9e sur la pr\u00e9vention. One Drop positionne ce nouvel outil comme une d\u00e9monstration de sa d\u00e9marche vers de nouveaux domaines th\u00e9rapeutiques. Une belle \u00e9volution, puisqu\u2019au d\u00e9part, l'entreprise se concentrait uniquement sur la gestion du diab\u00e8te.<\/p>\n<p>Cette diversification n\u2019aurait jamais eu lieu sans le partenariat avec Bayer et les 100 millions de dollars de nouveaux fonds obtenus en ao\u00fbt 2020. Effectivement, c\u2019est \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 que One Drop a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se concentrer sur de nouveaux domaines tels que la cardiologie, l'oncologie et la sant\u00e9 des femmes. \u00ab <em>Le potentiel de changement de vie de notre module de pr\u00e9vention des maladies cardiovasculaires n'aurait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 possible sans le soutien et la profonde expertise de notre partenaire strat\u00e9gique,<br \/>\nBayer \u00bb, <\/em>a-t-il affirm\u00e9. \u00ab <em>Le module de pr\u00e9vention des MCV est l'un des nombreux r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 venir, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre partenariat productif qui aidera d'innombrables personnes \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leur vie<\/em> \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Rachel Yap Martens, vice-pr\u00e9sidente directrice des solutions commerciales et de la strat\u00e9gie d'entreprise chez One Drop.<\/p>\n<h3>Tourner vers l\u2019investissement<\/h3>\n<p>En dehors de l'accord avec Bayer, One Drop a \u00e9galement fait d\u2019autres acquisitions. En effet, en 2020 elle a rachet\u00e9 les actifs, la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle et une partie du personnel de Sano Intelligence, le fabricant d'un patch non invasif connect\u00e9 pour la surveillance du glucose en continu.
