Le fabricant japonais Fujifilm a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que des solutions permettant des tests efficaces et une imagerie pr\u00e9cise \u00e9taient donc n\u00e9cessaires de toute urgence. Surtout pour les patients pr\u00e9sentant des probl\u00e8mes pulmonaires post-COVID.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avoir une infection coronaire peut induire divers complications. Selon un article de la <em>John Hopkins Medicine,<\/em> les deux poumons d'un patient peuvent \u00eatre gravement touch\u00e9s. Du liquide peut s'infiltrer et limiter leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 absorber l'oxyg\u00e8ne. R\u00e9sultat : cela provoque un essoufflement, une toux et d'autres sympt\u00f4mes plus ou moins graves. Si la plupart des personnes se remettent d'une pneumonie sans s\u00e9quelles, celles induites par la COVID-19 peuvent \u00eatre graves. Par exemple, les dommages caus\u00e9s aux poumons peuvent entra\u00eener des difficult\u00e9s respiratoires durant plusieurs mois.<\/p>\n<h3>Le projet Fujifilm<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019entreprise japonaise a souhait\u00e9 intervenir. C\u2019est ainsi que Fujifilm India s'est associ\u00e9 au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sakraworldhospital.com\/\">Sakra World Hospital<\/a>, un prestataire de soins de sant\u00e9 priv\u00e9 multi-sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Bangalore. Leur but ? Lancer un nouveau logiciel d'IA qui aide les m\u00e9decins \u00e0 diagnostiquer la pneumonie COVID-19. \u00c0 partir d\u2019un scanner des poumons, un diagnostic peut \u00eatre automatiquement fait.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab <em>Avec notre nouvelle technologie, nous voulons all\u00e9ger la charge des professionnels de la sant\u00e9 qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 en premi\u00e8re ligne dans la lutte contre la COVID-19<\/em>.\u00bb, affirme Koji Wada, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Fujifilm India. \u00ab <em>Notre outil a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour permettre \u00e0 nos agents de sant\u00e9 de lutter contre ces complications. L'un des plus anciens coll\u00e8ges m\u00e9dicaux de l'Inde, l'Andhra Medical College, a \u00e9galement r\u00e9cemment test\u00e9 une nouvelle plateforme d'IA capable d'\u00e9valuer la sant\u00e9 pulmonaire d'un patient contamin\u00e9. La technologie Swaasa de Salcit Technologies utilise l'apprentissage automatique pour effectuer une analyse audiom\u00e9trique des bruits de toux , de la temp\u00e9rature ou encore de la saturation en oxyg\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>La startup indienne Endimension dispose \u00e9galement d'un outil de soutien clinique aliment\u00e9 par l'IA, appel\u00e9 ENDIM-AI-CXR, qui d\u00e9tecte les sch\u00e9mas COVID-19 \u00e0 partir de radiographies pulmonaires.
