Les assur\u00e9s allemands peuvent d\u00e9sormais utiliser la th\u00e9rapie en ligne Stress et Burnout de HelloBetter<\/a>. La start-up propose un programme de th\u00e9rapeutique num\u00e9rique (DTx) remboursable et prescrit par les m\u00e9decins. Son remboursement se fait directement par la compagnie d'assurance maladie publique allemande.<\/strong><\/p>\n

HelloBetter Stress and Burnout est une e-th\u00e9rapie qui traite l'\u00e9puisement professionnel, le stress, les insomnies ou encore la d\u00e9pression. Elle propose \u00e9galement un cours d'accompagnement facultatif de th\u00e9rapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC). Si tout se fait \u00e0 distance, les psychologues soutiennent les patients durant tout le processus de soins.<\/p>\n

Combler les lacunes<\/h3>\n

David Ebert, fondateur et responsable scientifique de HelloBetter, explique que l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux soins de sant\u00e9 mentale est catastrophique. En moyenne, les personnes attendent environ six \u00e0 huit ans avant de consulter. Ces chiffres peuvent \u00eatre expliqu\u00e9s par la honte que ressentent les patients ou encore leur stigmatisation. Il indique \u00e9galement que le temps d'attente moyen pour avoir une place de traitement en Allemagne peut aller jusqu'\u00e0 six mois. Parfois, les personnes n'obtiennent pas du tout de traitement. L'objectif de sa start-up est de combler ces lacunes. Il souhaite soulager la charge du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 et donner une voix aux personnes atteintes de maladies mentales. Ainsi, avec son offre en ligne, HelloBetter veut aider les malades en termes d\u2019acc\u00e8s et d\u2019efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Les patients re\u00e7oivent sept s\u00e9ances de cours sur trois mois, chacune durant une heure. Au cours de ces sessions, ils apprennent \u00e0 r\u00e9duire leur niveau de stress en utilisant des techniques de pleine conscience, l'activation comportementale et un processus d'\u00e9ducation et d'information sur les questions de sant\u00e9 mentale. HelloBetter Stress and Burnout a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment dans le cadre d'un essai contr\u00f4l\u00e9 randomis\u00e9 (ECR) men\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de 264 participants \u00e0 l'universit\u00e9 Leuphana de L\u00fcneburg en Allemagne. Et les participants ont montr\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction du stress et des sympt\u00f4mes d\u00e9pressifs (anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, insomnie, \u00e9puisement \u00e9motionnel).<\/p>\n

Les applications de sant\u00e9 ne sont pas encore adopt\u00e9es<\/h3>\n

Depuis l'introduction de la loi sur la livraison num\u00e9rique (Digitale Versorgung Gesetz -DVG) fin 2019, les soignants allemands peuvent prescrire des applications de sant\u00e9 europ\u00e9ennes. Le processus DiGA Fast Trac a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place afin d'approuver, de tester et d'\u00e9valuer rapidement les applications m\u00e9dicales. L'Institut f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des m\u00e9dicaments et des dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux (BfArM) v\u00e9rifient l'efficacit\u00e9, la fiabilit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 par le biais d'une proc\u00e9dure d'autorisation. Quelque 22 applications ont \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9es et les m\u00e9decins sont d\u00e9sormais autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 les prescrire.<\/p>\n

N\u00e9anmoins, ce n'est pas encore bien ancr\u00e9 dans le syst\u00e8me. C'est d\u00fb moins le constat que fait le rapport<\/a> sur l\u2019utilisation des applications sur ordonnance sur le march\u00e9 allemand des soins de sant\u00e9. En effet, malgr\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me de remboursement des applications, les m\u00e9decins ne sont pas bien inform\u00e9s et ne les prescrivent pas. Seuls 2 % d\u2019entre eux ont conseill\u00e9 une application num\u00e9rique \u00e0 leurs patients. La tarification est \u00e9galement un point de discussion. Le d\u00e9lais de remboursement est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 90 jours, avec des diff\u00e9rences de prix entre 100 et 800 euros. La question est de savoir si les caisses d'assurance maladie allemandes continueront \u00e0 rembourser ces frais.<\/p>\n

En outre, la difficult\u00e9 du processus d'approbation entra\u00eene de nombreux abandons. En raison d'une offre limit\u00e9e de services en ligne agr\u00e9\u00e9s, le march\u00e9 n'est pas encore en mesure de se d\u00e9velopper rapidement. De plus, la moiti\u00e9 des applications approuv\u00e9es portent sur les maladies mentales. Il semble plus facile pour elles th\u00e9rapeutiques num\u00e9riques de se faire une place, car leur d\u00e9veloppement est moins difficile.<\/p>\n

\u00c9volution potentielle du march\u00e9<\/h3>\n

Le cabinet de conseil EY fourni une \u00e9valuation et des pr\u00e9visions concernant le march\u00e9 allemand des soins de sant\u00e9. Selon lui, ce sont principalement les jeunes entreprises qui se portent candidates au processus d'application sur ordonnance. Ainsi, il pense que le march\u00e9 ne se d\u00e9veloppera pas tant que les grands acteurs ne s\u2019impliqueront pas.<\/p>\n

HelloBetter a r\u00e9cemment suscit\u00e9 l'int\u00e9r\u00eat d'acteurs majeurs du secteur des soins de sant\u00e9. La start-up est une spin-off de l'universit\u00e9 Leuphana de L\u00fcneburg. Plusieurs investisseurs se sont \u00e9galement engag\u00e9s. Ideamed Gesundheitsgruppe, d'autres entreprises du secteur de la sant\u00e9 et des assurances semblent vouloir investir.<\/p>\n

Les d\u00e9veloppements en Allemagne sont \u00e9galement observ\u00e9s dans d'autres pays europ\u00e9ens.
