Un changement induit en grande partie gr\u00e2ce au dialogue avec son m\u00e9decin.<br \/>\n<em>\u00ab L'avanc\u00e9e de la digitalisation des soins renforce la souverainet\u00e9 du patient \u00bb.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En 2021, deux tiers des personnes interrog\u00e9es (soit 67 %) ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir consult\u00e9 Internet apr\u00e8s une visite m\u00e9dicale contre<br \/>\n61 % en 2020. \u00c0 chaque fois, les m\u00eames raisons \u00e9taient cit\u00e9es : obtenir davantage de pr\u00e9cision sur leurs sympt\u00f4mes, leur diagnostic ou encore leur m\u00e9dication. La nouvelle enqu\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 1 157 personnes r\u00e9sidant en Allemagne, \u00e2g\u00e9es de plus de 16 ans. Selon l'\u00e9tude, un peu plus de la moiti\u00e9 des internautes (56 %) cherche la cause de leurs sympt\u00f4mes sur la toile avant de consulter leur m\u00e9decin. Ce comportement est beaucoup plus prononc\u00e9 chez les femmes (61 %) que chez les hommes (51 %)..<\/p>\n<h3>Davantage d'options pour les patients<\/h3>\n<p>Le docteur Ariane Schenk, notre contact travaillant pour la sant\u00e9 num\u00e9rique chez Bitkom, explique que l'\u00e9tude montre \u00e9galement que la <a href=\"https:\/\/smarthealth.live\/fr\/2021\/05\/28\/la-pandemie-accelere-la-numerisation-des-soins-de-sante-mentale-en-belgique\/\">num\u00e9risation<\/a> offre de plus en plus de possibilit\u00e9s aux patients. <em>\u00ab Pendant la pand\u00e9mie du coronavirus, il y a eu une augmentation de la prise de conscience de sa propre sant\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/em> Une analyse plut\u00f4t juste puisque 44 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es cherchent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des informations sur leur sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La plupart des participants ont aussi mentionn\u00e9 consulter Internet pour trouver des traitements alternatifs (68 %) ou, de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, pour obtenir des informations suppl\u00e9mentaires sur le diagnostic, le traitement ou encore la maladie (63 %). 56 % souhaitent avoir un deuxi\u00e8me avis m\u00e9dical, et 44 % regardent s\u2019ils existent d\u2019autres options \u00e0 leurs m\u00e9dicaments.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9veloppement des soins num\u00e9riques<\/h3>\n<p>Depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, au Pays Bas consulter un m\u00e9decin est devenu de plus en plus facile. En effet, face \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie que connaissent certaines provinces, le pays a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 son r\u00e9seau et de nombreux cabinets de m\u00e9decine g\u00e9n\u00e9rale num\u00e9riques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place. <a href=\"https:\/\/smarthealth.live\/fr\/2021\/06\/23\/penurie-de-medecins-neerlandais-arene-veut-y-mettre-fin\/\">Arene,<\/a> un cabinet de m\u00e9decins g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes enti\u00e8rement ind\u00e9pendant, s\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs fix\u00e9 pour objectif de rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 ce manque d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux soins gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa plateforme en ligne de t\u00e9l\u00e9consultations.<\/p>\n<p>Arene offre ainsi \u00ab un tel \u00e9ventail d'options de communication num\u00e9rique, que les rendez-vous sur place ne sont propos\u00e9s que si c\u2019est absolument n\u00e9cessaire (examens physiques, par exemple) \u00bb, explique la doctoresse et co-fondatrice du projet, Jan-Frans Mutsaerts. Afin de mieux r\u00e9partir les consultations, cette derni\u00e8re travaille en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les cabinets de m\u00e9decins g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes habituels. \u00ab<em> Dans certaines r\u00e9gions, les docteurs de proximit\u00e9 ne sont pas assez nombreux, et dans d'autres, il y en a trop ! Alors, lorsque c\u2019est le cas, les patients peuvent utiliser les soins en ligne afin de mieux r\u00e9partir la charge de travail.
