L'application belge Coronalert devrait \u00eatre supprim\u00e9e, estime le parti \u00e9cologique flamand Groen. Cet outil num\u00e9rique a pourtant \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour alerter les usagers d\u2019une possible contamination \u00e0 la COVID-19 afin qu\u2019ils puissent se faire tester rapidement ou pour les inciter \u00e0 faire une quarantaine. Malheureusement, l\u2019offre num\u00e9rique ne semble pas \u00eatre suffisamment efficace pour r\u00e9ellement avoir un impact sur le contr\u00f4le de la pand\u00e9mie.<\/strong><\/p>\n

En d\u00e9but du mois d\u2019ao\u00fbt, le d\u00e9put\u00e9 Groen Jeremie Vaneeckhout a demand\u00e9 au ministre flamand du Bien-\u00catre, de la Sant\u00e9 publique, de la Famille et de la Lutte contre la Pauvret\u00e9, Wouter Beke (CD&V), un retour sur l\u2019utilisation de Coronalert. Il a donc voulu conna\u00eetre combien de cas positifs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 diagnostiqu\u00e9s depuis le lancement de l'application. Et le bilan est loin d\u2019\u00eatre r\u00e9jouissant : seulement 27 800 personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9es positives en un an. \u00ab Cela ne repr\u00e9sente que 2,7 % de tous les d\u00e9pistages positifs<\/em> \u00bb, a critiqu\u00e9 le d\u00e9put\u00e9. \u00ab Je ne pense pas que nous puissions parler d'un grand succ\u00e8s !<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n

Un bilan tr\u00e8s mitig\u00e9<\/h3>\n

\u00c0 la suite de ces chiffres peu encourageants, Groen Jeremie Vaneeckhout a demand\u00e9 une \u00e9valuation plus approfondie et souhaite que le ministre flamand arr\u00eate les investissements relatifs au d\u00e9veloppement de Coronalert. \u00ab Avec 2 758 000 t\u00e9l\u00e9chargements, nous arrivons \u00e0 une couverture de seulement 30 % de tous les utilisateurs de smartphones. 806 000 r\u00e9sultats de tests ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9s, 76 000 \u00e9taient positifs dont \u00e0 peine 27 800 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 partag\u00e9s via l'application avec d'autres contacts. Avec un investissement de quelque 1,25 million d'euros, nous pouvons nous demander si cette plateforme num\u00e9rique n\u2019a jamais r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 atteindre son objectif. \u00c0 savoir : \u00eatre un outil de lutte contre la propagation du coronavirus.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n

Par cons\u00e9quent, selon les Verts, l'application devrait \u00eatre supprim\u00e9e d\u00e8s que possible. Ils \u00e9voquent clairement son inefficacit\u00e9, mais aussi son manque flagrant d\u2019options annexes pratiques. \u00ab Il reste important de prendre ses pr\u00e9cautions pour \u00e9viter les infections, mais Coronalert n'offre aucune valeur ajout\u00e9e suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard<\/em> \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le d\u00e9put\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Plan d'action \u00ab Bien-\u00eatre mental \u00bb<\/h3>\n

Bien que les Verts soient critiques \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard de l'application belge, ils sont satisfaits du nouveau plan d'action \u00ab Bien-\u00eatre mental \u00bb. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une nouvelle mesure mise en place par le ministre CD&V qui \u00e9tend l'assistance en ligne aux personnes atteintes d'autisme<\/a>. Ainsi, plusieurs outils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s dont un chat<\/a> (Autism chat) qui a re\u00e7u un demi-million d\u2019euros de financement. Il s'agit d'une coop\u00e9ration entre tous les services flamands de conseil \u00e0 domicile pour les personnes souffrant de ce trouble neurologique sp\u00e9cifique.<\/p>\n

Par le biais de ce chat en ligne, les employ\u00e9s offrent ainsi une aide relais aux personnes ayant des questions sur l'autisme. Le m\u00e9dia se r\u00e9jouit de pouvoir fournir une r\u00e9ponse rapide et \u00e9clair\u00e9e. Les employ\u00e9s charg\u00e9s de renseigner les utilisateurs sont souvent des professionnels qui offrent des services d'aide \u00e0 domicile et sont confront\u00e9s quotidiennement \u00e0 des personnes atteintes d'un trouble du spectre de l\u2019autisme (TSA).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
