Depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, le nombre de consultations num\u00e9riques est fortement en hausse. Un constat publi\u00e9 dans la premi\u00e8re fiche d'information sur les soins de sant\u00e9 num\u00e9riques \u00e9dit\u00e9e par l'Association n\u00e9erlandaise des h\u00f4pitaux (NVZ). D\u2019apr\u00e8s leurs donn\u00e9es, plus d'un quart des N\u00e9erlandais ont consult\u00e9 \u00e0 distance un m\u00e9decin hospitalier au cours du premier trimestre de 2021. Une excellente nouvelle puisque le gouvernement est en train d\u2019atteindre son principal objectif, \u00e0 savoir, une r\u00e9duction de 25 % des consultations externes physiques d'ici la fin de l'ann\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00ab La num\u00e9risation rapproche les soins du patient<\/em> \u00bb, peut-on lire sur la fiche d'information des soins num\u00e9riques de la NVZ. En effet, gr\u00e2ce aux consultations \u00e0 distance, les personnes se rendent moins souvent \u00e0 l'h\u00f4pital et les consultations physiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ainsi r\u00e9duites. Cette nouvelle fa\u00e7on de consulter contribue \u00e0 offrir \u00ab les bons soins au bon endroit<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Les renseignements pr\u00e9sents sur cette fiche sont enti\u00e8rement bas\u00e9s sur ceux enregistr\u00e9s par la base nationale des soins hospitaliers (LBZ) et ceux des donn\u00e9es hospitali\u00e8res n\u00e9erlandaises (DHD). Cela signifie que les activit\u00e9s de soins num\u00e9riques qui ne sont pas enregistr\u00e9es comme une transaction ne sont pas incluses dans cet enregistrement.<\/p>\n

Un constat unanime<\/h3>\n

D\u2019apr\u00e8s le rapport, 31,6 % des consultations ambulatoires du premier trimestre 2021 ont eu lieu par voie num\u00e9rique. Dans 86 % des h\u00f4pitaux, les soins \u00e0 distance repr\u00e9sentaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus d'un quart de ceux en ambulatoire. 97 % de ces consultations num\u00e9riques se sont faites par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, 2 % par t\u00e9l\u00e9surveillance et seulement 1 % en visiophonie. Une forte croissance de t\u00e9l\u00e9consultation a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9e : de 500 en moyenne par trimestre en 2019 \u00e0 11 000 en 2020 - une augmentation principalement li\u00e9e \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie du coronavirus - pour atteindre 18 000 au premier trimestre 2021. Le nombre d'op\u00e9rations de t\u00e9l\u00e9surveillance a lui aussi bien progress\u00e9 : de 19 000 par trimestre en 2019 \u00e0 28 000 au premier trimestre 2021.<\/p>\n

De plus, depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, 95 % des h\u00f4pitaux proposent d\u00e9sormais des t\u00e9l\u00e9consultations. En 2020, la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des h\u00f4pitaux y ont eu recours (99 %), contre \u00e0 peine la moiti\u00e9 (51 %) l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Pour le t\u00e9l\u00e9monitoring (avec surveillance \u00e0 distance des fonctions corporelles), 65 % des h\u00f4pitaux ont mis en place ce dispositif, contre 67 % en 2020 et 58 % en 2019.<\/p>\n

Le rapport ZOOM que Dutch Hospital Data publie p\u00e9riodiquement montre la m\u00eame tendance de num\u00e9risation progressive des soins de sant\u00e9 n\u00e9erlandais. Avant l'\u00e9pid\u00e9mie de la COVID-19, seuls 10 % de soins \u00e9taient faits \u00e0 distance. Il n'est donc pas surprenant de constater cet \u00e9lan important de digitalisation des soins de sant\u00e9. Par exemple, lors du pic de la premi\u00e8re vague, en mars et avril 2020, pr\u00e8s de 70 % des consultations en polyclinique ont eu lieu \u00e0 distance.<\/p>\n

Vers une nouvelle norme ?<\/h3>\n

M\u00eame si davantage de consultations physiques ont \u00e0 nouveau lieu durant le second trimestre de 2021, l'avanc\u00e9e de la digitalisation des soins de sant\u00e9 n\u00e9erlandais semble imparable. L'augmentation au cours du premier trimestre de cette ann\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 3 fois plus importante qu'avant la pand\u00e9mie. Selon le NVZ, le d\u00e9fi consiste d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 continuer de se focaliser sur le d\u00e9veloppement des soins num\u00e9riques, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s la crise, afin qu\u2019ils deviennent la nouvelle normalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
