Il a ainsi l'ambition de renforcer le r\u00f4le de la Flandre en tant que \u00ab hotspot \u00bb pour les technologies de la sant\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depuis 2015, la Flandre travaille avec une politique dite des clusters. \u00c9tablie \u00e0 l'origine d\u2019un document propos\u00e9 et approuv\u00e9 par le ministre flamand du travail, de l'\u00e9conomie, de l'innovation et du sport de l'\u00e9poque, Philippe Muyters (N-VA), elle vise \u00e0 optimiser le potentiel \u00e9conomique inexploit\u00e9 par le biais de partenariats. Ainsi, selon le minist\u00e8re, cette politique cherche \u00e0 travailler avec toutes ses voies \u00e9conomiques inutilis\u00e9es par le biais de nombreuses collaborations entre entreprises. Le cluster est un r\u00e9seau op\u00e9rationnel qui doit s'assurer qu'une collaboration active et durable est \u00e9tablie entre les membres.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, il est le catalyseur qui garantit l'augmentation de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 envisag\u00e9e des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La priorit\u00e9 du gouvernement de la Communaut\u00e9 n\u00e9erlandophone est accord\u00e9e en premier lieu \u00e0 certaines entreprises flamandes. Les crit\u00e8res sont divers, il faut qu\u2019elles :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>aient des ambitions de croissance,<\/li>\n<li>soient consciente de l\u2019importance de l'innovation,<\/li>\n<li>et qu\u2019elles aient une perspective internationale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De plus, elles doivent \u00eatre ouvertes \u00e0 la collaboration avec d'autres soci\u00e9t\u00e9s et centres de connaissances, tant pour atteindre leurs objectifs commerciaux individuels que pour contribuer \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 d'un grand groupe d'entreprises flamandes.<\/p>\n<h3>Le septi\u00e8me p\u00f4le d'excellence<\/h3>\n<p>Cette politique vise \u00e0 faire de ce cluster le septi\u00e8me p\u00f4le fer de lance. Actuellement, il existe 6 clusters actifs, dont 4 ont d\u00e9marr\u00e9 en 2017 et 2 en 2019. Parmi les r\u00e9seaux d'entreprises d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s et les centres de connaissances et de pouvoirs publics qui collaborent intensivement, vous retrouvez Catalisti, qui coop\u00e8re dans le domaine de la chimie durable, ou Flanders' food, une initiative de coop\u00e9ration dans le domaine agroalimentaire.<\/p>\n<p>Flanders.health est donc le dernier cluster qui vient de s\u2019ajouter \u00e0 la liste. L'objectif est de susciter une coop\u00e9ration accrue sur des th\u00e8mes tels que la m\u00e9decine personnalis\u00e9e et num\u00e9rique, l'efficacit\u00e9 des soins de sant\u00e9 et les innovations pionni\u00e8res en mati\u00e8re de soins de sant\u00e9. Selon l'actuelle ministre flamande de l'Innovation, Hilde Crevits (CD&amp;V), le secteur conna\u00eet une croissance rapide et diversifi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h3>Premier appel<\/h3>\n<p>Plus de 70 partenaires se sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9s dans le projet. Ils comprennent 45 PME, 14 grandes entreprises, les 4 h\u00f4pitaux universitaires de Flandre, la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration Zorgnet-Icuro, 5 associations sectorielles, 3 centres de recherche strat\u00e9giques et 5 universit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les prochains mois, un premier appel sera lanc\u00e9 avec 6,5 millions d'euros de financement \u00e0 la recherche et au d\u00e9veloppement de ces th\u00e9matiques.
