L\u2019outil en ligne comprend des programmes pour am\u00e9liorer le sommeil, r\u00e9duire le stress ou l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, encourager la communication et les interactions sociales ou encore augmenter la positivit\u00e9 des utilisateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Tous les programmes propos\u00e9s par la start-up ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us en prenant en compte les recherches scientifiques et en collaboration avec des psychologues. L'application contient ainsi diff\u00e9rents types d\u2019exercices et audios. La plupart des techniques sugg\u00e9r\u00e9es sont d\u00e9riv\u00e9es de th\u00e9rapies cognitivo-comportementales approuv\u00e9es par la science.<\/p>\n<h3>Une application utile aux employeurs et aux employ\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p>Evoluno propose aux entreprises un outil num\u00e9rique qu'ils peuvent facilement utiliser dans leur structure. L\u2019application interroge r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les employ\u00e9s sur divers sujets relatifs \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale\u00a0 tels que la qualit\u00e9 du sommeil, le niveau de stress et d\u2019\u00e9panouissement personnel (bonheur, degr\u00e9 de satisfaction\u2026). Les renseignements collect\u00e9s sont anonymes. La confidentialit\u00e9 des utilisateurs est m\u00eame assur\u00e9e \u00e0 un niveau agr\u00e9g\u00e9.
