C\u2019est la septi\u00e8me fois en 6 ans que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 californienne l\u00e8ve des fonds. Au total, plus de 675 millions de dollars ont \u00e9t\u00e9 investis dans la startup am\u00e9ricaine. Sa valeur est \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent estim\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 4,2 milliards de dollars.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lyra Health est un fournisseur am\u00e9ricain de soins pr\u00e9ventifs et psychologiques pour les employ\u00e9s et leurs familles. Elle ne compte pas moins de 2 millions de salari\u00e9s dont ceux d\u2019eBay et d\u2019Uber. La startup propose une plateforme num\u00e9rique o\u00f9 les utilisateurs peuvent suivre une th\u00e9rapie, demander un coaching ou encore se procurer des m\u00e9dicaments. L'entreprise de Burlingame, en Californie, veut ainsi faire tomber les barri\u00e8res et donner acc\u00e8s \u00e0 distance \u00e0 des soins de qualit\u00e9. Selon son P.D.G., David Ebersman, cette \u00e9volution est indispensable. Il affirme qu'un cinqui\u00e8me des employ\u00e9s souffrent de probl\u00e8mes psychiques tels qu\u2019une d\u00e9pendance, une d\u00e9pression ou un trouble anxieux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les capitaux lev\u00e9s seront utilis\u00e9s pour se d\u00e9velopper \u00e0 l\u2019international. Et pour parvenir \u00e0 s'implanter en dehors des \u00c9tats-Unis, un partenariat avec ICAS World a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 au d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e. Cette derni\u00e8re est r\u00e9put\u00e9e pour ses services d'assistance au personnel au niveau mondial. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a d\u2019ailleurs des bureaux dans 43 pays, emploie 4,5 millions d'employ\u00e9s dans 185 pays et soutient 2 400 organisations.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une prise en charge psychologique en ligne efficace<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le programme de traitement de Lyra Health est bas\u00e9 sur la th\u00e9rapie cognitivo-comportementale. Elle regroupe des milliers de coachs, de th\u00e9rapeutes et de m\u00e9decins affili\u00e9s. Elle propose ainsi \u00e0 la fois des th\u00e9rapies physiques individuelles, mais aussi des services en ligne comme des appels vid\u00e9o, des sessions de chat ou encore des exercices recommand\u00e9s \u00e0 faire chez soi. Tous les soins sont disponibles 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7. D\u2019apr\u00e8s l\u2019analyse faite par l'entreprise, moins d'un quart (soit 24 %) des employ\u00e9s pr\u00e9sente une am\u00e9lioration clinique par le biais des canaux de soins de sant\u00e9 traditionnels. Avec Lyra Health, quelque<br \/>\n83 % des salari\u00e9s connect\u00e9s voient une am\u00e9lioration voire une r\u00e9mission d'un trouble anxieux ou d'une d\u00e9pression. Ces chiffres sont issus de donn\u00e9es r\u00e9colt\u00e9es via des outils de mesure cliniques valid\u00e9s tels que les questionnaires PHQ-9 et GAD-7. L'efficacit\u00e9 du service a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9e scientifiquement dont les r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s dans des revues professionnelles.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Effet marketing ou r\u00e9el besoin ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le bien-\u00eatre psychique, \u00e9motionnel et cognitif des salari\u00e9s devient de plus en plus une priorit\u00e9 des employeurs. Le nombre de plaintes relatives \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale a fortement augment\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. L\u2019hyperconnectivit\u00e9, le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 et la digitalisation des relations sociales sont les causes le plus souvent mentionn\u00e9es. Depuis la crise du coronavirus, l'offre de soins mentaux \u00e0 distance a explos\u00e9. Tout simplement car durant la pand\u00e9mie, les employ\u00e9s ont pris conscience de l\u2019importance de leur \u00e9quilibre mental. De plus, il semble \u00e9galement moins tabou d\u2019aborder ses troubles psychiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette tendance peut expliquer la croissance spectaculaire du nombre de startups qui rapportent des millions d'euros d'investissement. En attendant, si le march\u00e9 de la sant\u00e9 en ligne est en plein essor, il n\u2019emp\u00eache qu\u2019il pourrait \u00eatre sur\u00e9valu\u00e9. Selon CB Insights, en moins d\u2019un an, plus de 2 milliards de dollars (1,65 milliards d\u2019euros) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 investis dans les startups de la sant\u00e9 mentale. En mars dernier, Lyra Health competitor Ginger a lev\u00e9 100 millions de dollars (plus de 82 millions d\u2019euros) aupr\u00e8s d'investisseurs. Cette startup de l'e-sant\u00e9 vaut d\u00e9sormais plus d'un milliard de dollars (820 millions d\u2019euros). Un autre concurrent, Modern Health, a lui r\u00e9colt\u00e9 167 millions de dollars de capitaux (137 millions d\u2019euros). Comme Lyra Health et Ginger, cette startup est \u00e9galement connue comme une licorne.
