C'est pourquoi le Centre flamand d'expertise pour la pr\u00e9vention du suicide (VLESP) a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le jeu vid\u00e9o mobile \"Silver\", dans lequel les jeunes de 12 \u00e0 16 ans apprennent \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les sentiments n\u00e9gatifs. \"Nous voulons travailler sur la sant\u00e9 mentale des jeunes le plus t\u00f4t possible.\"<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le suicide reste l'une des principales causes de d\u00e9c\u00e8s chez les adolescents flamands de 15 \u00e0 19 ans. Selon les chiffres de 2017 de l'Agence pour les soins et la sant\u00e9, il appara\u00eet qu'environ 32% des d\u00e9c\u00e8s chez les gar\u00e7ons peuvent \u00eatre li\u00e9s au suicide ou au suicide. Les filles ont \u00e9galement un chiffre \u00e9lev\u00e9 (22%) par rapport aux autres groupes d'\u00e2ge du m\u00eame sexe.<\/p>\n<p>Le Centre flamand d'expertise pour la pr\u00e9vention du suicide (VLESP) et le ministre flamand de la protection sociale Wouter Beke (CD&amp;V) voulaient faire quelque chose \u00e0 ce sujet. \"En ces temps, nous remarquons l'importance du bien-\u00eatre mental chez les jeunes\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le ministre dans un communiqu\u00e9. \"La pr\u00e9vention est le meilleur moyen de renforcer la sant\u00e9 mentale des jeunes sur le long terme. '' C'est pourquoi le VLESP a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9\u00a0 Silver , un <em>serious game<\/em> mobile pour tous les jeunes dans lequel ils peuvent avoir une meilleure compr\u00e9hension de leurs sentiments, pens\u00e9es et comportements.<\/p>\n<p>Le jeu Silver se concentre sp\u00e9cifiquement sur ce groupe d'\u00e2ge o\u00f9 le suicide et les id\u00e9es suicidaires sont relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9s. \"Nous voulons travailler sur cette sant\u00e9 mentale le plus t\u00f4t possible, m\u00eame parmi les jeunes qui ne sont pas encore confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des pens\u00e9es d\u00e9pressives ou suicidaires\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Gwendolyn Portzky, professeur agr\u00e9g\u00e9 de psychologie m\u00e9dicale \u00e0 l'Universit\u00e9 de Gand et directeur du VLESP. Selon elle, il y a encore beaucoup d'adultes qui ont du mal \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre ces sentiments d\u00e9pressifs.<\/p>\n<h3>festival virtuel<\/h3>\n<p>Silver se d\u00e9roule dans un festival virtuel. Les jeunes peuvent choisir l'un des quatre personnages, apr\u00e8s quoi ils sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 toutes sortes de situations pendant le festival. \"Les joueurs peuvent choisir ce que pense leur personnage et comment ils vont r\u00e9agir. De cette mani\u00e8re, ils en apprennent davantage sur le lien entre les sentiments et le comportement et ils apprennent \u00e9galement \u00e0 g\u00e9rer leurs \u00e9motions \", explique l'enseignant.<\/p>\n<p>Le nom Silver fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au proverbe anglais 'chaque nuage a une lueur d'espoir', ce qui signifie que toute difficult\u00e9 ou \u00e9chec peut \u00e9galement avoir un r\u00e9sultat positif. Selon l'enseignant, il est bon de reconna\u00eetre ces sentiments \u00e0 temps et d'apprendre d\u00e8s le plus jeune \u00e2ge. Le jeu n'est donc pas tant destin\u00e9 aux jeunes qui sont aux prises avec des pens\u00e9es d\u00e9pressives ou suicidaires, mais \u00e0 tous les 12-16 ans.<\/p>\n<h3>environnement scolaire<\/h3>\n<p>Le jeu a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9 par 1 128 \u00e9l\u00e8ves de premi\u00e8re et de deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e dans dix \u00e9coles flamandes, r\u00e9parties sur tous les cours. Cette \u00e9tude a d\u00e9j\u00e0 montr\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats encourageants: les jeunes \u00e9taient remarquablement meilleurs pour reconna\u00eetre, nommer et comprendre leurs \u00e9motions. Lors de l'\u00e9valuation du jeu, on a remarqu\u00e9 que les jeunes ont indiqu\u00e9 qu'ils avaient une meilleure compr\u00e9hension de la relation entre leurs sentiments, leurs pens\u00e9es et leur comportement et qu'ils comprenaient \u00e9galement mieux ce que les autres pensent et ressentent.<\/p>\n<p>Pour obtenir cet effet, les chercheurs indiquent qu'un temps de jeu suffisant est n\u00e9cessaire. \"Nous avons \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un programme autour du jeu, dans lequel nous esp\u00e9rons que le jeu sera \u00e9galement jou\u00e9 dans une salle de classe\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Portzky. \"Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Silver, les \u00e9coles peuvent travailler sur le bien-\u00eatre mental des jeunes et leur donner des outils pour rendre la sant\u00e9 mentale plus discutable.\"<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le suicide reste un probl\u00e8me majeur en Flandre, en particulier chez les jeunes.
