Minke Bergsma et Jip Opperman sont tous deux docteurs en formation (AIOS) au service de radiologie du Northwest Hospital Group (NWZ) dans les Pays-Bas. \"En gros, il y a deux opinions: arr\u00eatez vos \u00e9tudes car vous n'aurez bient\u00f4t plus d'emploi de radiologue. Et: l'IA est le seul moyen de conserver votre travail de radiologue.\"<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La formation en radiologie dure cinq ans, Bergma est dans sa deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, Jip dans la troisi\u00e8me. Les r\u00e9sidents remarquent que la pratique a maintenant d\u00e9pass\u00e9 l'\u00e9ducation. Dans la Nouvelle-Z\u00e9lande, un certain nombre de programmes ax\u00e9s sur l'IA sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9s sur le lieu de travail. Entre autres, le logiciel de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9erlandaise d'IA Aidence, qui reconna\u00eet les nodules, le jargon m\u00e9dical pour les balles ou les taches dans les poumons. \u00abCe logiciel est pratiquement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 notre flux de travail. Nous allons y arriver automatiquement. Vous pouvez faire d\u00e9filer \u00e0 l'infini sans un \u0153il averti, mais ce programme sait comment les d\u00e9tecter tr\u00e8s rapidement \u00bb, explique Bergsma. \u00abTrouver des nodules est difficile et sujet aux erreurs, c'est donc un support tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able. Bien s\u00fbr, vous devez toujours v\u00e9rifier vous-m\u00eame les \u00e9carts, dit Opperman.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bien que les m\u00e9decins en formation utilisent quotidiennement l'intelligence artificielle dans leur travail, ils ont eu peu d'informations \u00e0 ce sujet dans leur formation. \"Il est clair que l'IA est l'avenir, mais son int\u00e9gration dans la formation est beaucoup plus lente que ce qui se passe d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur le lieu de travail\", d\u00e9clare Opperman. \"L'intelligence artificielle fera partie de notre travail. Ou devrait-il l'\u00eatre d\u00e9j\u00e0\", poursuit Bergsma. \"Vous ne devez pas n\u00e9cessairement le comprendre, mais vous devez comprendre comment cela fonctionne. Comment le programme est mis en place, quelle est la sensibilit\u00e9, quelles donn\u00e9es utilisez-vous. Vous ne pouvez pas utiliser un couteau dans la salle d'op\u00e9ration tant que vous ne savez pas comment vous en servir, c'est ainsi que cela devrait \u00eatre avec l'IA. En outre, la formation doit tenir compte des consid\u00e9rations juridiques et \u00e9thiques.
